Movement is a medicine for creating change in a person’s physical, emotional, and mental states.

1. Morning Exercise – Daily exercise helps us in controlling our weight, boosting energy. Health condition and diseases combat because of daily exercise.
But we should take care of our body while doing physical work. 40-60 is middle age, in that age maximum physical exercise cause saviour problem. So during and after this phase just avoid some exercises like jogging, running on trade mile, jumping etc..

Exercise supports the spirits and keeps the mind in vigour.
The fabulous alternative for this is “Do yoga regularly”, Yoga itself having multiple benefits like boost confidence, lowers the risk of injuries and increase the flexibility.

2. Healthy Breakfast – Many people avoid breakfast in morning. Because of that they becomes dull for whole day.
Breakfast is necessary for healthy day.
For getting energy and to starting your day/ daily activity with lots of nutrients, breakfast is the very important meal of the day.
Your breakfast should contain Whole-Grains, proteins, Fibre, Calcium etc. That will provide you energy and you start your day with full stomach.

3. Skin Care for Summer – In summer skin allergies, tanning problem arises because of higher UV rays. Preventing our skin from these problems is our responsibility.

    What can we do for it?

  • Prevent your skin from tanning and allergies by using sun cream, moisturiser etc.
  • Use Some cool talcum powder, which prevent your skin from small pimples appears because of excess heat in your body.
  • Use sunglasses.
  • Use cap /hat / umbrella.

4 . Healthy Lunch – For sustaining our energy throughout the afternoon and for taking a natural break from our busy schedule, lunch is the very important.
Many people skip lunch for loosing weight but remember it affects oppositely.
Meal timing is also important. We should take our lunch between 12 to 1 pm. If we leave our lunch till late then we become hungrier. Which is harmful.

5. Dinner – Our dinner should be light compared to lunch. Generally avoid rice, oily, fried things in dinner. Dinners should be high in protein and fibre, low in fat or fat free.
Ideally dinner time should be till 8 pm. It helps in the complete digestion of food.

6. Sleep early and wake up early – The very popular phrase about this is “Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”.
That will helpful in many ways like it improves our productivity, gives us better mental health, get us more time to enjoy 😉
